I forgot to post one of these about 0.7, but it's been out for a few weeks with improved diplomacy and the addition of spying.

Vassals, transient wormholes, optional starlanes, optional expansion modes (colony ships!), new galaxy generator, sensors decoupled from logistics, more configuration options, more race graphics, more empires per game, and more!

This is a really big patch. There might be a few rough edges here and there, and if that's the case we'll try to push out point releases quickly.

Next up, spying. There won't be a 0.6.10. When the spy system is finished, we'll go to 0.7.

This patch is focused on new and improved systems, including chamges to the research system, new tools to reduce micromanagement, and an innovative twist to ship design.
