150% days, 50% night
Weight +50 per level, Fortitude +3
Half food and water depletion
Harvest decay 0.5
Difficulty 1
Show location on map

Harvest health 0.5

Raids: cooldown 24 hours, outposts are fair game without CD, Mark Main base with a Flag on the roof so we know its not an outpost.
Don't block ressources with pillars. Period.
Don't Jail anyone more than 10 minutes.
Don't murder level 5 players gathering stuff on the beach.

This is what the server looks like and everyone is welcome to comment on these settings.
