Creative Assembly : 2000-2011, Creative Assembly is the maker of some of the best Strategy games out on pc as of now, Total War games are the number 1 strategy type game currently on the pc. CA has done an amazing job bringing in massive campaign battles and great graphic details and hardware acceleration to bring the best looking strategy game on the PC. Starting off with its 1st game : Shogun: Total War in 2000 Creative Assembly was impressed how much money they had made off of it , the key was the strategy feature the cutscenes showing ninja assassinations and other materials. In 2001 Creative Assembly made a new game Medieval: Total war pitting you against the hordes of mongols and the age of vikings and knights your mission was simple take all the lands and use key elements for victory. in 2003 Creative Assembly went for a totally new approach instead of going back to medieval Japan they went a little old school and made Rome: Total War the years best seller and possibly 2nd best in the genre for Total War games , Rome takes you back to the days of Caesar and Alexander the great and puts you right in command of the mighty legions of rome and greece the graphics for rome were the 1st ones to use full 3D and master the art of war. in 2006 Creative Assembly Created a totally new type of game Medieval 2: Total War , we go back to Medieval Europe only this time its different the graphics rendered up a whole new level the age of chilvary had come back in full 3D with better graphics and hardware then rome it seemed as though Creative Assembly was getting on top of things. in 2008 Creative Assembly switched from their old gaming online partner gamespy with a more social networking and bloging game server : STEAM : they had recently made Empire : Total War a whole new story line to total war games , this time you go back to the rise of the british empire and the age of the American Revolution, traveling back to the 18th century you are set at the heart of Victorian Europe and set with a whole nother ball game. this time you win wars by trade and by economy rather then by sheer force. The graphics also reached a whole new level , with 1st ever pixel shader 3 graphics , Empire chalenged most PC's to keep up with its powerfull hardware and graphics performance levels. In 2009-2010 Creative Assembly Released a new game , This one set you at the Foot hold of one of Europes most prominant Emperors : Napoleon: Total War , you start off as the young footsoldier yourself and work your way up to the mighty leader of the french empire one nation at a time. NTW has many new features most included is the Online campaign were you and a friend can go head to head or CO-OP on a online campaign map . there is also a new feature called the coalition , meaning the forces that apposed Napoleon and the french empire during thos times. In 2011 Creative Assembly Released a Totally new game Shoun 2:Total War , this games puts you back in the steps of the game that launched the industries career , in 16th century japan , the year is 1545 : Sango Jugidai, The age of the country at war the ashikaga shogunate has crumbled and its up to you to take back the right of leader of japan but to do this you will have to fight your way thru . the new features include a new Online feature : Avatar Conquest which allows you you create and costumize your own personal avatar and battle online using him and special upgrades you get. Creative Assembly has been doing great work at making these fantastic and very entertaining games lets hope they keep up the good work.
