First of all, welcome to the new members!

Now that a majority of invites have been accepted, it's become obvious that there's a flaw in the whole 'Invite to Discord via the Steam Group' plan - the flaw being you don't actually have to look at a group's description when accepting an invite to it. Hah! Who knew?

So with that in mind, here's the group's description, in glorious copy-paste form.

Crackpope is a private-ish Discord server, here to provide an easy way to stay in touch with gaming buddies past and present.

If you've ended up here, it's likely because you know one (more likely a whole bunch) of our members IRL, and they thought it would be cool to still play games with you.

We also run some dedicated / headless servers, the details for which can be found on our Discord.

This steam group is basically just a landing page to give you the link to our Discord, but we may end up using it more in the future.
