This group was created with the goal of streamlining population of the Couch Athletics Competitive Pub server. This group will also broadcast major updates to the server and schedule some times for population on a moving basis.

Bind <key> "voiceall" to create a toggle key for teamtalk/alltalk. If you'd like to permanently bind a key to alltalk for use on the server put these lines in your tf2 config:
alias +alltalk "voiceall; +voicerecord"
alias -alltalk "-voicerecord; voiceall"
bind h +alltalk (where h is the key of your choice)
