It is always good to help those in need or simply to be a friend to somebody who could use some company to cheer them up.

Even when we are in a dark and lonely place, we can always bask in the comfort of knowing that a smiling face is kindly watching over us.

Spring

The flowers are opening whilst the leaves turn green
As once again we are nearing spring.
There's a chill in the air but the sun is warm
You can notice this by the clothes we adorn.
All hearts turn to love at this time of year
With the sounds of laughter always good to hear.
You see a nice person as you walk down the street
And your heart does yearn for them to meet.
Now spring is not a season it’s a state of mind
With a good attitude to life, its love that you'll find.
The sun comes up early and goes down late
This just gives you more time to spend with your mate.
Some days are foggy and some filled with gloom
They are just an excuse to stay in your room.
As we all know all good things come to an end
So enjoy with your lover the time that you spend.

Wake me when spring has sprung
when the cold is gone,
and skies no longer gray.
Rouse me with the cries of birds
a warm wind blown my way
and a green light in the shade.
Dress me in the blooming buds,
Let butterflies be my lips,
And raindrops as my eyes.
Replace my heart with a shining star
And fill my head with a soft white cloud.
Drip the shine of morning in my veins
And I'll have the fresh green grass for my hair.
Take my bones for branches.
Make my tears have a honey-suckle taste.
My breath would be the pollen sifting through the air.
Take me from my sleeping ground
And lay me in the fresh cold stream.
Wake me when spring is sprung,
But until then, I'm going to sleep.
