I'm going to be idling in the Steam chat for this group for a while, so if anyone wants to try testing it just let me know. If you message me and I'm not around, I apologize - going to have a strange schedule for finals week and whatnot.
I'm fairly certain most, if not all, of us have Half-Life 2. There happens to be a mod called Synergy with which we can all play the single-player game, at once.
Would any of you guys be down to take a shot at that? Just imagine pissing off the City 17 guards in a tag-team fashion. :P
If all are in favor of getting it by a certain date, I'll join in and get it by then as well though.
Starbound? Made by the same developer who created Terraria. More focused on exploration and combat than Terraria, also a bit less "pixelated".
Risk of Rain? Combat-based. Pixels galore again, but the caveat is: if you die, you die for good and have to level up and get items and stuff all over again. Enemies become more difficult as time progresses, so it would be best to tackle this one with as many people as we can get.
Side note, I just remembered I have a few Steam keys from buying Humble Bundles which might have contained one or two games I already had on Steam. If you're interested in a Humble Bundle game from previous bundles, let me know and I'll check and see if I have an extra copy that I can gift to you.
(PS: That ^ is my only "emoticon" thing, so I figured I'd use it anyway even though it doesn't exactly fit the post's emotions)
Would anyone be interested in playing and/or hosting a Terraria server that we can all collaborate on? Just wanted to throw that idea out there. If nobody can host, I can give it a shot.
Also, you should totally look up how to set up one ;D
