2. Use this link Trade Offers and in the description say what raffle it is for and include the spot you want and entry price. 3 slot maximum per person. Do not include the raffle item.

Who can start a raffle?
Any admin. Or anyone really. The thing is it is a 10% fee for the admin who raffled your item.
