To be in you must have a mic, not be a troller, be able to communicate with your team and play serious.

THIS IS NOT A CLAN, the point is to have a lot of players with different ranks who want to play with people with the same ranks, so if there is 150+ people always connected you can grab 4 random guys from the group and play with them, knowing that you will get good players who really want to play to get better and have a good fun competitive time.
