Get well soon TARIK.
Just in case you ever wondered why I was and probably will always be dull.

Obviously if you're dealing with a low life, low class cheater scum bag, then politeness and friendliness isn't necessarily a good idea. Cheaters are scum bags. They deserve whatever verbal punishment they get (until they change their ways)
There are no shoulds in the above.
The region lock was demanded by the player base as an anti-cheat mechanism (for the regions that have less of a cheating culture/infestation). It's an imperfect solution like I said.
Not all cheaters will bypass the region lock with a VPN.
Clearly you're not gonna chill out, so I'll leave you to burn out.
1. I never even mentioned anti-cheat, not sure why you proceeded to rant about it all of a sudden.
2. Yes. Region locks will reduce PLAYERS. Not cheaters. Logically speaking, this will increase the concentration of cheaters as regular player numbers will drop while those that use VPN's (cheaters) continue on their merry way.
3. Having you ask someone to be friendly & spread the love just to literally a sentence later encourage verbal abuse has solidified you to be according to the english definition, a hypocritical ♥♥♥♥.
4. 99.985% of all hackers are trolls. The biggest thing any troll looks for when trolling (or in this case, hacking) is a reaction and seeing that utterly retarded comment you just made thinking "verbal punishment" is some sort of deterrent, you've just (along with making this group in the first place) announced yourself to be someone who has and still is actively helping the cheater "culture" grow.
Congratulations on kicking yourself in the balls.
Please be friendly: the best way to make gaming and life in general better is by being the change you want to see. If you are rude then you add rudeness to the community. If you are polite and friendly you add politeness and friendliness to the community.

are you retarded for real? they IP ban in PUBG which means that anyone who is hacking or ban-avoiding will bypass region locks by default
Interestingly the article says that the latest patch introduces region locking. This might make the game better for people who live in regions where there is less of a cheating culture.
all best for You :D
