1. no hackers

2. if requsted by admin (group leader) to set up a server/chat room you will be promoted to officer after it's set up

3. officers have the right to kick you from the group so dont be a ♥♥♥♥

4. officers if you abuse your powers you will be demoted or kicked

5. no kill stealing
