Also I guess if you spent 18 cents that's fine, but the fact that you actually took the 20 minutes necessary to do that math...
FYI, I just spent about 20 minutes to calculate all of my Steam market transactions to see how much of my Steam Wallet I had to spend on my badges. It came out to be about a
expenditure of 0.18 cents, which is really not that bad.
If I really wanted to save up to buy Steam games, I would've done TF2 trading like my younger brother (He was able to buy Payday 2 with his saved up money).
Also judging by the amount of badges you have, I have a feeling the amount of cash you wasted on them coudl've added up to a higher priced game. Even though your "backlog" is such a huge, terrible issue, you could even just save it for when something you want to play actually comes out, but of course the chances of MMD being released on Steam are thankfully very low, so I guess for you blowing cash on the most stupid crap ever is the way to go.
Also, I'd rather buy several cards for badges as there really isn't anything you can do with a few dollars except buy cheap games that'll sit on your backlog and stay in there forever.
