1. Hackers: H is B: Hackers will be Banned.

2. Status: A new status was recently introduced, "Officers". They will have to respect some rules to get this status but will get some advantages of it:

5. Members of the team can from now on and entirely anonimous report suspect or uncivilized behavior of other members to me.
