On June 17th, 2018, Team Prism was officially created thus becoming into a once juggernaut of the eSports world. They dominated many scenes, most notably the Counter-Strike scene.

What many did not know is that Team Prism didn't just sign the members from Babbie Squad CS:GO to a 5 year contract, but they also signed them to a contract that would keep them tied with Prism CSGO.

Were all tied to Team Prism from its inception on June 17th 2018 until the 5 year contract period ran out. These players had a strict "no-trade clause", which meant that the entire team, including managerial positions had the option to veto teams that they would possibly be traded to. Most notably, some members would swap teams for a period such as the teams of "Gay Potter" and "YEEZY LUCK".

Team Prism CSGO would disband and return numerous times, most notably from May 2021 to September 2021 in their Overwatch team that, while had few successes, didn't amount to much. They would return to CSGO but at a very slow rate as by April 2022 they would disband and return back in late May 2022. This return was oddly short, as they only returned for the infamous "Summer of Prism" where they went 10-10 in the month of July, with barely any success in August. They would go cold, thus freezing their contracts.

As of January 5th, 2023 it is only 5 months and 12 days away from when their contracts officially run out and they all become free agents. A meeting was held prior to New Years Day where heavy talks about how their contracts will be sorted, and it was decided that Team Prism were to sell the members and managerial staff members of the team back to Babbie Squad, therefore ceasing eSports operations entirely. The time period has now been shortened to January 6th, 2023 and they all become free agents for a single hour from 12AM to 1AM and return to Babbie Squad for the foreseeable future.
