Any thoughts / plans on adding VR to the Remastered UE4 version?

There is a game in production called Monomyth that is inspired by and very similar looking to Arx Fatalis, it looks like we will finally get a spiritual successor to one of the greatest games ever made --Trailer and other links with info below:

Not really, Arx Fatalis didn't really have the most understandable development. More then likely even if you did get a hold of THEO Game Maker, it wouldn't be able to read the files of the game, much less able to get them launching. It'd be a lot easier to wait until Arx Libertatis finishes their implementation of a level editor for the game. Since it'd also be a lot more stable.

Does anyone know anything about the editor they used to create the game?

Arx Libertatis has got some real issues when performing spells. I casted once but now I no longer. It's a pity because they seem to resolve most of the other issues from the vanilla version.

Sorry about that, I have had some problems with the internet and I need to wait one month for a solution... Meanwhile, I have found 2 new mods:
1st one is "Arx Enchant Mod" , it is supposed to add enchantments and does a bit of rebalancing. It can be downloaded from: http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125765
2nd mod is "Arx - End Of Sun" , which is a fan made modification/prequel based on the original story of Arx Fatalis using the IDTech4 Engine (Doom 3 engine). It is still being developed, but you can download the current version at: http://arxendofsun.solarsplace.com/
Just bare in mind that I haven't had the chance to try those mods yet, so be aware of possible compatibility issues. At the same time, BobJelly and his team are working on improving Arx Libertatis, which is a must-have bug-fix for the original version of Arx Fatalis :)

Arkane Studios is owned by Bethesda. They were the ones that released the latest patch for it last year, and the source code. They also made Dark Messiah of Magic and Might

When I played this game years ago, I was amazed by the graphics :D For the time, they were rlly good.... Nowadays still love playing it :) I wanna see the new game "Dishonored", hope Arkane Studios will go back to rpg genre..

The dev released the Source code just so that the fans could do whatever they wanted with it.

I'm doubting a sequel, maybe a reimagining or a remake but not a sequel.

I only know that you can open arx.exe with hex editor and do 2 hex cheats "http://www.actiontrip.com/cheats/arx-fatalis.phtml" but as for map and object editor, I doubt it. There are trainers though :) but I doubt that there will be a map/level editor and etc. :[ Still trying to make them do Arx Fatalis 2 :)

I know only 1 mod from a friend, "Enchant" mode, but I have never tried it, so I can't say if the version is stable and bug free (it says it's not 100% finished but should works). Here's the link http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125765

I just downloaded the demo and really enjoy the atmosphere of the game. Are there any community mods out there that improve the game? I could not find any....

Brilliant game indeed! I'll make a survey researching how many people would buy Arx Fatalis 2 if it is released, and if the results are positive I'll write to the company to try make them consider making a new one.. I really miss old-style RPGs..
