A fun and relaxed ARK:SE Community!

We formed the Barney's Nightmare Island! server as a place to come relax and hang out, build some cool stuff, get eaten by angry dinos, and have a good time. PVP IS ON!!! However, structure damage is currently reduced to 20% of normal and mods are included so that you can build in relative security. We welcome people who are creative and want to build as well as those who want to collaborate or get into some skirmishes around caves and drops.

Fully block resources. I get if your base cuts off some metal nodes or blocks beaver huts (like in the oasis), just don't wall off access to the volcano or anything too over the top.
General douchebaggery. We're ok with some PVP, and even some base assaults, but don't do things considered taboo. We'll warn you if you take it too far. We're here to have fun.

We have an active group of players and admins who are happy to help where possible. We also try to keep the server updated as soon as files are released so everyone can play, regardless of schedule. If there is ever an issue, please send Selonna a message and he'll try to look into it ASAP.
