No sure if anyone plays Warframe on PC (I play on PS4), but I got a code for Rhino Vanguard and Thrak helmets as well as a Rhino noggle. My fiancée used the PS4 code, so not sure if the PC code activates upon the PS4's code usage, but figured I may as well share the wealth if it doesn't.
