Kicks and Removals from the Team

I have received several messages recently stating or refering to our kicking policy. We are harsh and I understand that. However on joining our team you are liable to your actions and your understanding of our team's values and standards. We will not kick for little improvement or lacking in ability as I know everyone has been a bit down and has been having some problems recently. However our standards in communication and respect our firm. We will not tolerate those who do not work with their teammates and those who are unwilling to try for their team.
We haven't kicked many people so far and I don't plan to in the future. However those who do not meet our requirments and uphold the ideals we expect will be met with the honest response.

The Future of Our Team

I have been getting a few complaints that certain people in this team feel like they're holding the team back. I believe that no one is doing so. At the end of the day it's not about where you are now its where you will be. As a team, a community we can work and strive to be better. Never feel like you are holding back the team - ever. We can get better and we will be better. If you wish to resign it is your choice, but if you made into Akrazia then know you will be valued for who you are as a player and how you play. Never feel like you're on your own.

Seeing as how nobody seems to want to play with me 99.9% of the time, ignoring invites, joining lobbies then immediately exiting and playing without me etc. (mainly Yettiy) there isn't any point to keep the association with this click. I'm obviously the pariah - the one that doesn't get the privilege to play with you when I see you lobbying up daily. I've been on every night for months and I see this pattern over and over and well. I'll keep it simple like Ace said. Goodbye.
If you were only staying friends because of the server you don't need to worry about that. It's still yours.
