The Wooden Spoon Tournament is back again with a better format and no skill cap!

DATES & TIMES
ALL GAMES PLAYED ON THE 6TH, 7TH & 14TH OF FEBRUARY 2016
Group stage will be played on the 6th of February
First knockout phase will be played on the 7th of February
Second knockout phase (semi finals & finals) will be played on the 14th of February
Group stage games will start at 10:00am (AEST) Saturday and end at approximately 1:30pm.
First knockout phase will start at 10:00am Sunday with a half-hour break at 12:30.
Second knockout phase will start at 10:00am Sunday. Semi final upper bracket games and lower bracket final games will be played without breaks, then a half-hour break before the finals begin.

FORMAT
Group stage > Double elimination knockout phase > Best of 3 semi finals and best of 3 grand finals.
4 groups of 4 teams, top 2 teams continue to knockout phase
All lower bracket games are best of 1
(A bracket will be released once enough teams have signed up)

RULES
1) This tournament is for ALL SKILL BRACKETS, it's a chance to give new players a taste of the competitive scene and to just have a bit of fun. Even if you are just a group of friends, feel free to sign up for good time!
2) All games are to be played in Captains Mode and on the Australian servers.
3) Teams must not be more than 15 mins late for their games or they will be punished with a loss.
4) Captains will be invited to a group chat on the days of the tournament where they will post the results of their game after they have finished.

CASTERS
There will be casters for the final and semi final games and possibly for even more. If you are interested in casting some games, please feel free to add me on steam (http://steamproxy.com/id/CranTheDestroyer/). If you are new to casting, don't be afraid to ask to have a go, everyone has to start somewhere!

There is currently no prize for winners as this is more for a bit of fun and experience but that may change.
