New Server Manager

Hi all,

We're considering to switch Server Manager mods soon, as the mod we run now is not being updated again and shows some minor bugs (teleporting issues chuncks not loading for example)

It may be that the new mod doesn't run fluently at start, so I'd like to ask for your patience and report any inconsistencies to the admins.
