@everyone Due to inactivity, we will be cleansing 6th Platoon. On November 10 I will be removing all inactive members from the group. @everyone has until November 10 to either message @[6th CPT] keistabeast#9892 an excuse to why they have been inactive. If you are active and would like to remain in the group you must message @[6th CPT] keistabeast#9892 that you would like to stay in the group. Messages must be done by direct message in discord.

Below is a list of rules. These rules have been written by the owner of 6th Platoon. These rules are official and MUST be enforced. They are subject to change only by a CPT or vote. These rules apply out-of-game AND in-game. Personnel can only receive 2 warnings before receiving a ban.

Instant Ban:
ANY SINGLE racist remark or slang
Purposeful murder of a teammate or all
Fabricating information against the 6th Platoon
Refusal to remove a banned individual from Steam friends list
Promotion for another group, discord, or server
Falsely recognizing oneself as a higher ranking soldier in a vote
Abusing power

Warning:
Being disrespectful towards a teammate
Stealing gear from a teammate or ally
Falsely presenting 6th Platoon
Asking any NCO or officer to perform an illegal task.

This is the basic ranking system for 6th Platoon. All officers and NCOs must be promoted by an officer. Only NCOs and Officers have voting power. Non-NCOs are promoted through time active in the group. In order to get promoted as an NCO and officer you MUST demonstrate your rank’s responsibilities.

A vote is done for the better of the group. It provides an opportunity for personnel to implement an idea, rule, or suggestion. It similar to the lawmaking branch of the U.S. government. Only NCOs and Officers have voting power. Anybody may request a vote initiation. Only vote initiations started by SSG and above have to be accepted. Only an officer may accept a vote initiation. To initiate a vote you must direct message an officer on discord and include your suggestion and a detailed description on what you want accomplished. Within 48 hours a link to a polling query will appear in the “Voting_Thread” on discord. 24 hours after the vote is initiated the results will be tallied and the results posted in the “Announcements”.

OFFICER

Captain (CPT):
Only owner and co-owner. They have full control over everything. They may veto and pass laws and requests for action. They are encouraged to follow by democratic law but may assume full control if necessary.

First Lieutenant (1LT):
They are the first class administrators. They are the direct representatives to the captains. They may initiate polls and announce results. They may post announcements, events, and discussions on the discord and steam page. Also, they have the power to ban, kick, and manage personnel. They may also promote and demote personnel.

Second Lieutenant (2LT):
They are the first class administrators. They are the direct representatives to the captains. They may initiate polls and announce results. They may post announcements, events, and discussions on the discord and steam page. They may promote personnel.




Warrant Officer (WO):
A warrant officer specializes in an out-of-game role. They have voting power and are given a specific set of permissions. Warrant officers are chosen by First Lieutenants and above. Some examples of a warrant officer is: graphic designer, video editor, streamer, recorder, server owner, recruiter, and many others.


ENLISTED (NCO)

First Sergeant (1SG):
The first sergeant is the Captain’s right hand man. There can only be one 1SG for every CPT. The 1SG has the same permissions as a 2LT and places an important role in combat leadership.

Master Sergeant (MSG):
The MSG has the primary task of inspecting personnel and presenting information to officers. The MSG takes the majority of his orders from the 1SG. The MSG also disciplines and reveals deficiency among personnel.

Sergeant First Class (SFC):
The SFC often leads a small group of men for a specific task. This may be as a strike force, quick reaction force, scout team, and many others.

Staff Sergeant (SSG):
The staff sergeant is the figure of leadership for all enlisted personnel. They train low ranking personnel and provide information and ideas to new personnel. They are what newer enlisted personnel look up to. They receive orders mainly from officers on what to teach to whom. Each SSG specialises in a specific skill set to teach.

Sergeant (SGT):
The sergeants are the leaders the the mass ground force. They receive orders from any NCO or officer above them and lead squads at the command of the higher-ups. They often lead squads and do not specialize in any particular skill set.



ENLISTED

Specialist (SPC):
A specialist has a specific skill set and is lead by NCOs. Earned after 2 weeks of activity.

Private First Class (PFC):
PFCs have no specific skill set and follow the orders of NCOs. They are expected to demonstrate basic skills and maturity. Earned after 1 week of activity.

Private (PVT):
Privates are a basic soldier that will unquestionably be lead into battle. They are not required to have a specific skill set.
