Updates:
- Buffed money printers. When fully upgraded, they'll have 3x current max health. Ultimate will have 5x current max health.
- Added visible gun factory queue. Clicking on an item in the queue will remove it. Please report any bugs with this UI change ASAP.
- Rope owner will now always be visible, to make it easier to identify the owner of improper kill lines. Previously, admins had a command that would make the owner visible for a short time.

Fairly small update this time, but the gun factory queue UI was pretty difficult. Took ~15 hours total to do it and do it right. Hopefully it'll be bug-free or at least mostly bug-free. I tested pretty thoroughly, and it seems to be working well.
