Our regiment has gone from an AZW regiment, to an NW regiment, to a Blood & Iron regiment. Now that we our playing as a Prussian unit, the commander and I felt it appropriate to change our name and ranks accordingly. As we are a historical regiment, it seems only logical that we conform to the unit we are playing as. Thus, the following changes have occurred in the regiment.
The Regiment's name has been changed to 32nd Westphälisches Infanterie Regiment.
The Regiment's abbreviation has been changed to 32nd WIR.
The Regiment's in game tags have been changed to 32ndWIR_RANK_NAME.
The Regiment's ranks, ribbons, medals and all around general aesthetics have been converted to Prussian.
The Regiment's new ranks are as follows.

A. Rules for Oral and Text-based Conduct Within the Regiment in and out of Regiment Activities
1. Voicing racism is not allowed. Racism: the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.
2. The words “♥♥♥♥♥♥” and “♥♥♥♥♥♥” are not allowed to be said or typed, unless in a quotation.
3. Harassment and/ or insulting is not allowed.
4. Microphone or text-based spamming. Typing the same thing more than twice in a row constitutes spamming. Any voice changer or music audio coming from a microphone constitutes spamming.
B. Warrant Officer, Moderator and Server Admin Power Usage Rules in the TS and in Game Servers
1. Violation of any and all section A rules in the Team Speak or a game server warrants a verbal or, clear, text-based, warning.
2. Further offenses of a client during a session warrants a ban of five minutes to an hour, at the discretion of the dispenser of the ban. Any longer bans must first be cleared by a WO1 or the Commander.
3. WO2s and Moderators are not allowed to use their powers for personal or recreational use. EG: Removing or changing passwords on channels so they may enter them. Banning or kicking for reasons irrelevant to any listed or logical rules. Creative temp or permanent channels without order or logical reason.
C. Rules for Long-term Warnings or Reprimands
1. Warrant Officers and Admins can dispense warnings at their discretion.
2. Warnings represent a long-term marker of past insubordination and/ or rule-breaking.
3. Three warnings equate to a demotion to the previous rank.
4. Three warnings as a Cdt. Equate to a kick from the regiment.
5. Warnings can be taken away at the discretion of WO1s and the Commander.
