NEW: All games now think you do not own any of your games.
Gmod is completely unplayable and all multiplayer games are unplayable.
Singleplayer should be fine with the exception of gmod which gives you a shader error which is related to the you don't own the games you bought steam error.

NEW MILESTONE: Gmods's lateest update has failed miserably, any play who has downloaded the update is stranded in singleplayer only multiplay is non working.
