Captain Specter is no longer leading the clan in the MW3 area. He has passed that leadership to me. Specter is still the leader of this clan, but i am now leading it in MW3. That means that all invites into the clan and bans go through me, as do training schedules. Note that we need to step up and train our trainees, so I now need every instructor to have at least 1 day of training per week. If an instructor needs to make a league of absense, tell me first. Please just don't leave immediately. Everyone, lets work hard and kill the enemy.

This is the LAST announcement we will tell you to read. From now on, it is your responsibility to take 30 seconds to check this group for announcements and new information, so you can keep updated. Please try your best to remember to check it every so often, if not daily. Also, please read and understand the previous announcement if you have not already. You must comment on the announcement. and when you read the announcement, you have to do actually understand and/or do what it is saying, please.. Check up on events also, for training.

Training is now scheduled. Training sessions will be in the events of this group. Please try your best to come, if you cannot for any apparent reason, please contact me, otherwise it is an offense if you constantly miss it. We can schedule a time that is comfortable for all of us.

- Everything below applies to EVERY single member regardless of rank (except Me, Soap, Radeon, Fear, Slayer, DOA, and Shooter, all have received proper training as instructors)

Please when you are available, join either Specter, Slayer, or Fear for training as they are the only able instructors. To access the Field Manual, please check out the links in the comments. This new, revised training program is launches tomorrow and will be operational until forever, for the standard training for all recruits. It is recommended you open the required section of the FM (don't open the whole presentation, it is recommdended you use the text versions of the appropriate section during training) while you are in training. Also, if you still have not read and understood the previous announcement, please do so.

- Please read the rules also... there are many cases when we have to repeat ourselves.
NOTE! This is your warning! Next time any rules are broken and you will be demoted or kicked immediately!
- Try to check up on announcements every so often to keep updated, its your responsibility.
- Your tags are now 141T, instead of just 141, to designate you are in-training.
- Try to study the Field Manual (FM) on your own time.
Things you must know:
- You are demoted to Private (PVT). This is a total reevaluation of everyone's abilities and skills and willingness to be part of the unit, and therefore must be fair.
- When you are asked to join training, try to your best of ability to join. Take this seriously and put forth effort.
- If you are new, please change your name to (exactly!): 141T|PVT (assigned codename) This name setup is only mandatory when you come to training or 141-related events and does not have to be permanent unless you choose it to be. However, you MUST have the proper format for the name.
- This will be the last major change for a very long time. Please accept and move on with the changes.
- If you ever have any questions, please contact me via Steam chat. I will be more than glad to assist you with any problems.
