THe organisers who were organizing the tournament itself are caught hacking..The fake information on the website that the server will be using SxE....
Making demos using Esp....THe refree himself uses hacks to find out a hacker...NO objection that he himself is a waller and blaming on others...
THIS TOURNAMENT IS SUCCESSFULLY FAILED :)

dear sexo the sxe will work in the same way it works for me in nonsteam and for many other players and i dont think there is solution to windows 7 problem.

IT works in all non steamers as well....And steamers can also connect :)
