11th Armored Cavalry Regiment -Black Horse

Welcome to the 11th ACR - Black Horse!




We created this group to play together in exciting Zeus missions we create ourself and host on our own server, so if you like playing modded Arma 3 Zeus missions just as much as we do and you always wanted to play them with more people, feel free to join us in our Arma 3 Unit! (11th ACR Black Horse).




You can be with us in our next events by joining this steam group and contacting us on our Teamspeak (ip below). We are always happy to welcome new members into the group/unit and we will try to make the time you spend in this unit as pleasant as possible.




Currently we have two ways this unit is being managed:



Overall:

Overall we have two managing organs:

Owners/Admins
The founding fathers of the unit, they host the servers
and data of the unit and are responsible to supervise
the staff in its duties. They are mostly passive and only
intervene in emergencies, althought they have the last
word on mayor decisions and can overrule the staff if
they fell the need to.

Staff/Moderators
Mostly consisting of members who have been in the
unit for some time. They decide on what mods are
going to be used, who to promote and can recommend
important changes to the owners. They are the main
source of management in this unit, althougt they dont
have access to the servers or data of the unit.

Members
The main body of the unit. They can recommend
changes to the staff and talk to them incase they have
a problem, but mostly these are just the people how
play in the events together.



Ingame:

Currently we have a ranking system to determine the hierachy on the field, which is being implemented via a point system. You earn points by attending events, doing a good job and following orders, and from other players.
