The 10th North Lincoln Regiment of Foot is a regiment for Napoleonic Wars. We aim to provide a variety of skills in shooting, melee and tactics. Combining the skillbase of our experienced members with the ambition of newer ones is the best way to reach this goal. This also ensures a solid base to build respect and recognition for each other. The 10th values discipline over anything else. Discipline is the key of providing a proper team spirit and the mentality to stand in for your comrades. All this, however, just serves one goal which stands above all others: Having fun as part of something and enjoying the possibilities of NW in a community build on fairness and respect.

Ranks are given out to members after they have proven their value not only in terms of skill but also by showing themselves as a part of the Regiment. Administrative abilities, respect for others and discipline are important aspects members are being evaluated by.
