Coming in with a small patch with a few minor bug fixes and some changes to a few things to align with indie.io taking over development with the game! We've had a lot of great bug reports in the new Discord and will start digging into them in the coming weeks for the next patches.

Today we have a few really important announcements to share with you all.

To start, a patch was just released for the Switch version of the game! This update brings the Switch version to the same place as the Steam version with all the recent bug fixes that were made.

Secondly, the development of To The Rescue! has been transferred to indie.io. The developers at Little Rock Games created an absolutely amazing and adorable game and we are excited to pick up where they left off and continue making improvements. The last few updates - both on Steam and the one today on Switch - were done by the indie.io dev team.

Last but not least, we have a new Discord server!

[discord.gg]The previous server was for the developers of Little Rock Games and not exclusive to To The Rescue! When the game's development was transferred to indie.io, we made the decision to create an exclusive server for the game to make sure the community stayed up-to-date with anything going on related to the game and so that you can report bugs and issues directly to the team now working on the game.

Head over to the #ʙᴜɢꜱ-ᴀɴᴅ-ɪꜱꜱᴜᴇꜱ channel and use the /bug command to report a bug or issue. Make sure to include as much information as possible including the version number, what you're playing on (Steam or Switch) and what happened leading up to the bug/issue.

We are are aware of a few lingering issues and are continuing to investigate and work on getting fixes out for the remaining known issues. • Fixed an issue causing dogs to be stuck in a Playspace indefinitely.
  
• Fixed an issue causing helper’s list UI entries to be duplicated.
  
• Fixed an issue causing the foster dogs’ entries to be duplicated.
  
• Fixed an issue causing dogs that were previously adopted still counting towards total foster count.
  
• Fixed the tug-of-war minigame showing the wrong button to pull when using keyboard input.
  
• Adjusted dog arrival calculation to heavily favour new dogs when dog population is low.
  
• Fixed an issue causing certain rooms’ wallpaper and floors unable to be customized.

• Visitors may still not leave after adopting a dog until the end of the day.
  
• Helpers may still get stuck on a task.
  
• Some rooms are titled incorrectly on the Construction screen.

• Fixed a bug preventing the Unstuck button from working after one full day in the same session

• Fixed an issue causing the “no sick dogs” objective complete cutscene to be wrongly played during a day
  
• Dog poop will now always spawn in sight (not hidden by walls)
  
• Fixed an issue preventing saved data to include previous day backups
  
• Fixed an issue preventing reputation to be spent on skill points in the post-day report screen when a cutscene had played that day
  
• Fixed an issue preventing V-Sync settings from being edited during gameplay
