I'm mixed on this game. I wanted to like it more. There are a mix of things I like about it but a little more things I didn't like about it. It's fine for the first 2 to 3 hours but the game is WAY too long with constant backtracking to the same locations. Over 10 hours of backtracking.

I did like the choosing your survival horror play style, fixed camera or over the shoulder.

This game actually has a really good item management mechanic. I like that you can drop your items anywhere and store them in item boxes. You can even retrieve items you picked up and dropped.

There's too much jank in the animations and hit detection leading to a lot of geometry clipping and hits that look like no connection but still counts as a hit.

I didn't like when you reload you stop to such a slow crawl.

The zombie enemies are inconsistent. They'll move slow then suddenly get a boost of speed with no indication why or how. It can happen at anytime.

The zombie dog enemies are fine but every other enemies and bosses are the same. Chase you with laser focus precision then try to land a hit. There is one boss type that has a move that will hit you no matter what you do because he attacks while he moves chasing you with laser focus precision. One of the biggest BS moves I've seen in a game.

I encountered 1 bug where I got stuck on a brick railing in a cemetery section. I had to restart back to my saved game because of a game breaking bug.

A good start but got repetitive for way too long.

Unfortunately the game is unplayable for me. It crashes immediately upon launch. I've tried to fix it (uninstall and reinstall / verifying the integrity of game files) but to no avail. But please let me know if you have a solution to this problem, I would appreciate it! :-)
