Will those options be added? The creen tearing is horrid even with vsync on in nvidia control panel. Proper fullscreen would be nice too. Usurper had those options, why the downgrade?

Start the game. Went in settings. Changed a few, kept. The edges of the game menu have gone beyond the screen. Went in settings, with hard. Reset the settings. Nothing has changed. The game still runs in such a mode that only the center is visible. My resolution is 1440x900. What to do?...
