I love the fact ND is remastering SS2, one of my all time favourite games however it has to be said I feel as if putting "The Thing" out first over concentrating on getting SS2 out of the door would have made for a much better Christmas 2024 or even Halloween 2024 release window. Instead this feels like it's getting kicked out of the door in summer 2025 as an after thought. Just wanted to get that off my chest, I'm looking forward to it....

I understand that Nightdive Studio was going to make, in addition to this remaster, a remake of System Shock 2 if the remake of System Shock 1 was a success, so I wanted to open this thread so that someone could tell me if System Shock 1 has achieved the expected success and if there is news about the remake of SS2, I can post here to know if someone know anything about it and keep us informed of future news about it that can be post in this thread. So this is equivalent to the enhanced edition version of the first system shock? What was the point of remastering the first one in unreal engine but not this??
