Broken achievement was just removed. Enjoy your completion!

Sorry for my bad English I was playing just fine but one day the game suddely won't launch. Steam say the game is running but nothing show up I have tried: - Flush Steam cache - Verify game files - Re-install - Launch in dx11 - Install on another drive - Run as admin & Compatibility mode - All my drivers are updated (I'm in Window Beta Insider Program even after a few update my game still won't launch)...

This game has been on my list for awhile, and I want to buy it in the next day or two. I would just like to know whether I'm buying a censored game or not. And if it is censored, and it's not against the rules discussing it, I would like to know whether or not an "uncensor patch" exists for it. Many thanks....

After looking online it seems the last achievement is called "Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk" and it should be obtained after getting all trophies (which I did). I have everything including the "Flowchart - 100%" that a previous discussion had problems with but the last one would not unlock despite having it all. Does anyone know what's the issue? Could it be a bug? I have already tried selecting all options on Map 8 (as suggested by a guide) but it did not help....
