Currently the game doesn't scale on the screen properly, out of the box. But once you set your name at the start, and skip past the initial tutorial text, you can change video modes (such as 1920x1080 windowed) off the main menu pretty easy. It's a minor quirk, but easily compensated for. (I would probably suggest avoiding full-screen for now, at least!)...
