I have finished all endings in this game, but it doesn't show me that I got the achievements. I think it is a bug.

There are no achievements. Why? This game is wonderful and must have achievements.

Either I'm doing something wrong, there's a bug, or my screen is off... I can't figure out how to get to chapter 2. I press the space bar and it takes me to the main menu... Where is the second chapter? Am I missing something...? Thanks for anyone's help!!...
