Can you play single player? Meaning, is there any type of mode where you can just play by yourself? Or do you absolutely have to have another person to play with in all game modes? Thanks!

So I decided to pick this up, we have 4 players playing right now and it's a blast! But we aren't able to connect more than 4. I'm using a Xbox One wireless dongle and the extra controllers are connected just fine, but when we hit A on other controllers we aren't able to add more players to the lobby. No more than 4. Any ideas on a fix? Super fun game! :)...
