I have the lens but I do not know how to clean it with the acid that I have made. I'm stuck at this point.

I can`t move in any direction, Buttons not working. PLease tell me there is / Comes a solution!

Is there something obvious I'm missing? I can get into what I assume is the loading area. But when I go to enter my name I can highlight the buttons but none of the normal selector keys (trigger, grip, A) work? I'm left in a situation where I can't even start the game? Should I just get a refund or is there a way to make this work on Index?...
