Has "The Completionist" achievement been fixed? I don't own the game and have noticed that there are 0.9% who have obtained this achievement.

I'm at Chapter 5, "Escaped Beak". While loading for the mission. The game crash. Not sure if any of you guys have this too. I rechecked all the Data files, and tried it again. But still got a crash from it. So I just uninstalled for now. (Hope this bug would be fixed.)...

I've been playing this for a while and everything was great, I started the game today and nothing was out of place until I tried to play a mission. Right when you are sending off the students my screen goes pitch black, no music, no loading symbol, anything. I updated the game today, btw, anyone else with this problem?...
