you have to click on reward DLC once your at 80% or higher completion on collectables. You need this to get a collectable and the birthday dlc achievement. This is not located in the menu where the other dlc is located with its part of the story.

Came to a point there they claim i need to buy a dlc to continue. No Dlc on store page and nothing about it on store page? Anyone knows anything?
