Wie kann ich langsamer scorellen

Also, dass es so schlecht läuft hätte ich nicht gedacht. es ist eigentlich nicht spielbar. Wenn dann die Maus läuft und scrollt, bin ich am Ende der Karte. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Leider 9,99 in Sand gesetzt, schade

Die Autos auf der Karte ruckeln durch die Strassen. Sie springen also einfach nur ins nächste Feld, anstatt dort geschmeidig hin zu fahren. Das ist bei allen drei Auflösungen und auch bei jeder Spielgeschwindigkeit so. Komischerweise betrifft das nur den Standard KI-Verkehr. Die Busse fahren ganz normal. Hat jemand einen Rat dazu?...

Not the player here. I played it on XP hundreds of times, but Win 10 it's nearly impossible. So happy Steam offers it!! But there's a problem: when I scroll to the edge of a view the screen moves so fast it's nearly unuseable! What can I do to slow it to a more normal speed? It's not the mouse speed as I've done that adjustment. So frustrating! Thanks for any help, Guys!...
