I think this game is supposed to run at 60 FPS always, but on my 120 Hz monitor it plays much too fast. It would help to have a frame rate limiter in the game to keep it at 60 FPS regardless of what monitor is used.

The game runs at 35-40 FPS even in menus when I have a good enough rig to run this game or any shmup for that matter. Specs are I5-4670K with 16GB of RAM and a Geforce GTX 970 running on Windows 7. I have no clue what the cause is but at the moment the game is simply unplayable and I would hate to have to refund it as the mechanics seem solid, so if there is any solution to this problem I would be glad to hear it....
