Looks like an interesting little game that I'd like to try if it wasn't only in Japanese... Probably very unlikely for it to be properly translated though since this is from 1993..

While the rest of the world has to either settle for the fourth generation console version that is the first game in the series, or buy either the North American version of Winning Post EX (Simply called Winning Post ) and either a 3DO or Sega Saturn to play it on. (Or download an emulator thereof.)...

Some of the text in the native UI (menu bar, popup dialog windows, etc) appears garbled, rather than showing proper kanji/hiragana/katakana. I definitely have Japanese language pack installed on Win10, so it's not for a lack of proper fonts. Is there something I need to configure to fix this?...
