🥗 Dine Out DLC Devlog - 2 weeks until RELEASE! 🎊

Hello, Flippers! 🏠

The 26th is right around the corner, and I hope you’re all ready for the release of Dine Out DLC! We all know how it feels to wait for a DLC to a game we like, and with that in mind, we’ve decided to give you the last bit of insight into the DLC!

Let’s start where every restaurant meal starts… Right at the table with our guests!
Enjoy your surroundings and choose something tasty from the menu.

Are we thinking of some fancy dinner here?

Is the fancy interior not to your liking? My esteemed guests, we can arrange a different table for you. Maybe this cosy little cafe will be more to your liking?

Oh, you need a table for many? That can be arranged. We have a lovely spot with a perfect view of the river and an old castle. Is it closer to your personal taste? Perfect. We’ll have everything arranged for you.

As you all know, House Flipper is and always will be a game about renovations. Dine Out is just another stop in your Flipping journey; you should look at it that way. We’ve prepared a lot of new furniture for you to recreate or design your kitchens, restaurants and other buildings in the game. We created tools for your imagination, and just in a bit, you’ll be able to use them in your creations.

The kitchen’s all ready and waiting for you!

And with all that kitchen stuff, there’s one more thing that’ll make you hungry in no time…

As the title says, with everything ready, we can finally set up that table by the river. Enjoy the scenery with that little gallery!

And with that, we’ve arrived nearly at the end of this devlog. In almost two weeks, you’ll be able to create similar creations with Dine Out DLC, amongst other new features introduced in the DLC.

I'm sure a lot of you wondered why House Flipper 1 doesn't get a spooky Halloween Update this year. We know how much you love the Halloween content, but when it comes to the Dine Out DLC that comes next month, the HF1 development team are all hands on deck in order to bring you high-quality content in the promised time frame.

Dine Out DLC is well... kind of a revolutionary DLC! It's pushing lots of House Flipper 1 boundaries that were once almost impossible to cross, so every little thing requires a bit of extra effort, and a solid double-check.

November will definitely be filled with additional information, sneak peeks, and lots of hype for this upcoming release!

🦇 House Flipper 2 gets its 5th Major Update!

All the House Flipper 2 players can now enjoy the FREE Bewitching Renovations Major Update! The team worked on this one for a really long time, and we're really happy with the final result!

It’s time to lay out the fancy stuff…

Regarding the Dine Out DLC, we've been busy lately, crafting new content for you. First up, we're introducing fresh mechanics specifically designed for this DLC. Next, we have a useful addition to the Universal Cooker to enhance your kitchen projects. Plus, there's a sneak peek at some of the new houses you'll be able to renovate. And at the end, we've gathered a variety of items to inspire and expand your decorating ideas. We're excited to share this Devlog with you.

Let’s talk a bit about the new mechanic we’re rolling out in the Dine Out DLC.
Table cloths are an important part of every fancy restaurant. With that in mind we’re developing a tool that will give you a way to add this type of decoration to most of the tables in the game!
It’s time to cut some cloth! Length of every tablecloth can be adjusted at the moment of placement!

Let’s try not to leave any stains

With the table ready to be served, your freshly renovated restaurant is the talk of the town! Now, get ready for a delicious twist in House Flipper!
Remember the Universal Cooker we introduced earlier? You'll now have access to a new addition – the Cookbook, where all your recipes will be automatically saved. Kick things off with a few starters to create amazing dishes that add a unique flair to your renovated eateries. Unlock even more culinary creations as you progress with flipping!

Honestly, I’m down for some Bibimbap 😋

Let’s go back to the basics for a moment…

We can’t forget that House Flipper is still a game about flipping. We’ve heard your voices and we want to assure you that the new DLC doesn’t change the whole main aspect of the game. To back our words we’ve decided to show you some spots in need of flipping. 👀

In a previous Devlog, we’ve told you about the new Neons that are coming along with Dine Out. Today it’s time to show you one more thing we’re working on regarding them. We wanted to give you a mechanic that’ll allow you to create your own Neon Writings!

Shine in the spotlight thanks to the Neon customisation mechanic! Wake up your inner artist and adjust them accordingly to your taste. You can create your personalized text, change its size, adjust light intensity, choose your favorite font, and more.

We're all ears for your opinion so let us know - will you add neon to your renovated restaurant? Do you like the vibe? We're waiting in the comments section.

But first, sneak a peek at the culinary delights we’ve whipped up just for you.

We'd like to show you a new way to level up your house design with the new mezzanine feature.
We also prepared a quick sneak peek of a new job that will let you step into the shoes of a restaurant renovator and get it ready for sale!

The Reef Cottage Update! 🏝️

🌊 Discover a unique property - The Reef Cottage!

Buying new furniture isn't everything – it's equally important to have a suitable place to showcase it! Therefore, a new extraordinary property for sale, Reef Cottage, has already been added to the House Flipper!
The property awaits someone who will restore it to its former glory, while also uncovering its secret nature, which may be hidden… very deeply.

Surely none of its inhabitants would be able to complain about dull views out the windows. After all, not everyone has the chance to observe two different worlds from the same house, depending on which floor they are on.

Additionally, two new items related to relaxation – a jacuzzi and a sunbed – will be introduced to the game along with this unique house. Take a break and allow yourself to catch a breath of spring.
There's also something special in the house, fun videos from the production of the previous 2 House Flipper DLC!
