Still getting stuck at 65%

the game is literally stuck at "setting up 65%" i refreshed so many times and still not working

The game is currently unplayable for me. Whenever I try to play it, it always says this: An error occurred while updating Epic Snails (missing executable) D:\Stuff\steamapps\common\Epic Snails\epic_snails.exe Help me please!
