TO THE DEVELOPERS...: Reset the saved game

Is there a way to reset or delete what you have advanced in the game to start again from zero? Some Steam achievements have not been recorded correctly. I am in the level 14 but the achievements of the levels up to 9 have not been recorded...

Controller Issues

There seems to be an issue with the controls I'm using. It seems every 30-60 seconds the input from the controller doesn't seem to work. Whether it be the D-pad or jump/ attack. I'm using a Xbox One wired controller so I'm guessing that's the issue but here are my specs as well: Win 10 Pro 64bit Asus Sabertooth x99 Intel i7-6850K 32 GB G.Skills Asus GTX 1080 Any solutions would be appreciated
