GENERAL
- Added a new "Verticallity Checks" toggle to the Aiming Servo. This will allow for more complex uses of the Aiming Servo block.

BUG FIXES
- Fixed Randomizer not respecting delay and duration when set to Input defines Range.
- Fixed Aggregate Logic Block ignoring timers.
- Fixed Compass behaving incorrectly when given a negative direction whilst on Measurement/Normalized output mode.
- Fixed issues with Distance Sensor detecting a neighboring block.
- Fixed Aiming Servo sometimes incorrectly moving when toggled off and set to Hold.
- Fixed Aiming Servo rotating when it shouldn't whilst powered off if respawning whilst it is moving to position.
- Fixed Aiming Servo incorrectly being affected by EMP.
- Fixed many cases of the Aiming Servo being jittery in certain structures.
- Fixed issues with Arithmetic Logic Block Output.
- Fixed issues with Aggregate Logic Block Output.
- Fixed issues with incorrect Distance Sensor Measurement.
