what do i need to do to increase population in inland tows to help service buildings farms businesses etc as economic refugees only available thru ships

Do they grow on their own? Do i have to sell them what they require or just keep buying is enough? They are only 1 star and their spice output is too low. Edit: You have to sell goods to them. They don't grow if you send empty ships but stay at the same size. They also shrink if you don't trade at all for a while as far as i observed....

Anyone interested in playing this Co-op ??

Nice game but too much pirates make the game terrible. Played p3 alot and its a much better game. Too many of the pirates just ruined it for me.

I was a great fan of Patrician and encouraged many people to play it. However, I really don't want yet another account with anyone.... so do I still need a Kalypso account to play the game? I remember the Dev promising to raise the issue with Kalypso.
