How do you unlock him/her?

Nosfarateen is needed for the glados mod and my friend wants it. How do you unlock it?

I was able to unlock Nosferateen by downloading an older version of the game and unlocking him there (play five on a couch games) before downloading the newest version. SO either he is glitched or his unlock has been altered in a later version.
