When the girl is going to the river, starting the game, it gives me an appcrash. I installed the directx to see if it worked, but no. Does anyone have a solution?

I was on the third floor of the game (the other world), and while I was giving the colored pencils to the doll in the child's room, the game crashed. When I logged back into the game, my inventory bar is gone. I tried logging out of Steam, then back into the game, and it was still gone. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still the inventory bar is gone. Anyone have any suggestions to get the inventory bar back?...

I can't complete the "Release the girl locked under the dome." When I enter to the girl, I have black screen with only invetory bar visible. When I try to use the Wooden Hand with black screen nothing happens. I guess I can't complete this game...

trading cards and achievements ?

I started the game some time ago, and now I would like to start from the beggining again. But the game continues from the last part where I left off. I deleted the game, steam, cleaned the cache, everything, and as I install everything again the game starts from the part where I left off the first time around. Can somebody give me some help? Thank you...
