I'm right at the end of the game. I've been loving it but I'm a bit eager to just get the last achievement so I can put the game aside. However Emeric is a huge spike in difficulty from the rest of the game. The auto-battles don't help this at all, of course. I have a fighter at Rank 22, with my others around that. How do you raise Defense on your gladiators I'm getting beat into the dirt even though I have the highest armor my people can wear, but I can't seem to up their Def stat....
